HOW IS AVO BUTTER MADE?
Avos are a nutritional powerhouse that cleanses, lowers cholesterol and dilate blood vessels while blocking artery-destroying toxicity. Avocados contain a nutrient called glutathione, which blocks at least thirty different carcinogens while helping the liver detoxify synthetic chemicals. They are extremely high in fiber and studies have shown that eating avo oil or avo with vegetables can dramatically increase the antioxidants you take in. They may assist with symptoms of arthritis and can assist with weight loss.
The bottom line is that if the Avo fruit has so many benefits internally, just imagine what Avo butter can do externally.
The pressed avocados make for a beautiful vat of green pulp which is separated from the oil in a centrifuge process.
A drum spins at high speeds, which forces both oil and water out of the pulp.
Because the resulting oil is less dense than the water, it rests on the water and flows out through strategic holes in the drum.
What comes out is slightly thick and green as unrefined avocado oil should be
From this oil a soft butter with a mild nutty aroma is created through a unique hydrogenation process. Because of the nature of the extraction process, color and consistency of this butter may vary from batch to batch.
